Using this website

This website does not use advertising cookies or account registration. It does not save contact-form entries to browser storage. Details entered into the contact page remain in the page while it is open. Our hosting and security providers process technical request information to operate and protect the website.

Your garden worksheet

The interactive planning guide keeps your notes in this browser tab using session storage, so you can return to them while planning. “Clear worksheet” removes the saved answers. “Copy my notes” puts the brief on your clipboard. Choosing “Use my notes in an enquiry” carries the brief to the contact page in the same tab; it does not put your notes in the web address or send them to MLG. You can edit the description before sending your enquiry.

Preparing an enquiry

You can review and edit your details before sending. “Copy enquiry” places the text on your device clipboard for your records; it does not send your enquiry.

Sending directly from the website

Choosing “Send enquiry to MLG” sends your reviewed details securely to MLG’s HighLevel customer-management system. MLG uses this information to respond to your enquiry and manage project follow-up, which may include transferring relevant details to Tradify. A success message confirms that HighLevel has accepted the submission; it does not confirm that it has been read or imported into Tradify. The website does not send a separate email copy to Tradify or MLG’s public inbox.

Cloudflare Turnstile checks requests to help prevent spam and may process device and network information for that purpose. It loads when online sending is available and you review an enquiry. A technical delivery record, containing an enquiry identifier, status and timestamps rather than your contact details or message, helps prevent duplicate submissions. A daily cleanup removes these delivery records once they are more than 30 days old.

Selected photos stay on your device until you send the enquiry. They are then stored privately in Lovable Cloud, hosted in Europe, and shared with MLG through HighLevel as download links that expire after seven days. MLG may save relevant photos and enquiry details in its business records, including HighLevel and Tradify. The upload record stores file references so retries can reuse the same photos. A daily cleanup removes website uploads once they are more than 30 days old. Photos are not added to the public gallery. Contact MLG to request removal. Include only photographs relevant to the work and avoid people, documents or other sensitive details.

Information you send directly to MLG is used to respond to your garden enquiry. Avoid including sensitive information that is not needed to discuss the project. Contact contact@mlggardenworks.co.uk with questions about information you have supplied.
